Terms & Conditions — jwin7 Platform Agreement

Welcome to jwin7. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jwin7 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the jwin7 website located at https://jwin7.bio, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support features offered therein.

By accessing the jwin7 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the jwin7 platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jwin7 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services, features, and content accessible at https://jwin7.bio.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon completing the jwin7 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a player's Balance derived from verified deposits, not including bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free bet awarded to a player subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sports event, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which jwin7 confirms a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary fiat currency accepted on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By using the jwin7 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the lobby, or a user accessing any content hosted at https://jwin7.bio — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, together with the jwin7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, irrespective of whether you complete the registration process. jwin7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current version.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a jwin7 Account, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jwin7 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jwin7 or any affiliated entity, game studio, or payment service provider.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling on the jwin7 Platform or any associated platform, whether voluntarily or by direction of jwin7.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent for any third party. Wagering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration

Registration on jwin7 is free of charge. Each natural person may hold exactly one Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact details. You must notify jwin7 of any changes to your registered information promptly by contacting [email protected].

jwin7 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform; jwin7 may suspend or close an Account at any time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted at registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jwin7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

jwin7 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from jwin7 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. jwin7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

6 Deposits

jwin7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, and direct bank transfer via selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum deposit amounts for crypto and bank transfer methods are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate displayed in the Cashier at time of deposit.

• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for mobile banking methods and typically within 30 minutes for crypto deposits.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are prohibited and will trigger a mandatory KYC review and potential Account suspension.
• jwin7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jwin7 accepts no responsibility.
• jwin7 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity or a chargeback risk.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed full KYC verification. KYC documentation typically required includes: government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit.

jwin7 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within the same Bangladesh Standard Time business day for accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Crypto withdrawals average 30 minutes subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for mobile banking methods.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met its applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your Balance if a withdrawal request is submitted before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• jwin7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay payment pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
• Where a chargeback is raised against a deposit that has already been wagered or withdrawn, jwin7 reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from any current or future Account Balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

jwin7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on jwin7 unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are used after Real Money Balance unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• jwin7 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation, any bonus credited will be removed from player Accounts and any winnings derived solely from that bonus credit may be voided.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds in excluded game categories may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players to farm promotional offers — constitutes fraud and will result in Account suspension.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games available on the jwin7 platform — including casino slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and dice — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant game rules before placing a wager.

• All bets placed on the jwin7 Platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game round or sports event, jwin7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts.
• For sports betting markets, jwin7 reserves the right to suspend or close any market before the scheduled event start time without prior notice. In such cases, any pending bets on the suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors in sports odds or casino game configurations are not binding on jwin7. Any wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned at the discretion of jwin7 risk management.
• jwin7 game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RTP figures for each game are independently verified and publicly available within the game information panel.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jwin7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Using a false identity, stolen identity, or another person's payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jwin7 as a vehicle for financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game (match-fixing).
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward any member of the jwin7 support team or other players on the Platform.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in bad faith, including through coordinated multi-account schemes.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the jwin7 Platform — including but not limited to the jwin7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jwin7 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content; create derivative works; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; or use any jwin7 trademarks or branding for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from jwin7.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jwin7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein.

jwin7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jwin7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party network failures may affect Platform availability. jwin7 accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from Platform unavailability during such periods.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jwin7 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the jwin7 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. jwin7 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in this Agreement.

14 Responsible Gaming

jwin7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed without delay for players who require immediate relief.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent Account closure at any time. Remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the jwin7 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law as applied to online entertainment services, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory local consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, jwin7 encourages players to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days (BST) and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending arbitration.
